It was from Petula's 1970 TV special - its a great duet one which really should have been on Petul's recent Duets CD - oh well maybe on vol 2? Truly these two voices blended so well together.
I dont know if you guys can help me, but i was just wondering does anyone have the Petula Clark and Andy Williams song Visions of Sugarplums? Its a duet they did in a 70's TV special... i have only ever seen 10 second clips of it, and i just love the song but havent been able to find it anywhere... its so frustrating!!!
Absolutely amazing!!! i love this performance, their two voices blend perfectly and the higher harmony by petula makes me tingle!!! I was totally born in the wrong era!!! when will they release all these TV specials on DVD...
Two formidable female voices there. And doesn't Petula Clark really "live" everything she ever sings. She's really there, she can see Johnny. No wonder she is still a huge star after 65 years in the business
wait and see some one will sing it on the X factor given the current climate and it will be a hit

Every time I hear these two voices together....the foremost thought in my mind is...pure class. These two ladies had major talent; a true gift.

Wonderful. Haunting..Petula Clark is a fine singer, and duetting with Peggy Lee, who had an "otherWorldliness" about her...this is superb.

Petula Clark is one of the best singer that the UK has given us. Ms Lee is a grand Dame.

I bought a Petula clark Dvd with this song on it and I fell in love with Peggy's sensual voice and became a Peg fan

Totally agree! Petula learned from the best! She was a real fan of Peggy and also very thrilled to sing with her idol.

It's also interesting to note that Dusty Springfield was also influence by Peggy Lee.
