The apparitions you are mentioning are different. It happened back in 68 when people thought someone wanted to commit suicide. The apparition in this video are more recent. It is not a fake.
This video isn't the actual apparition. There was no cross that turned into the Virgin Mary. The appearance was first observed by someone who thought it was a girl who was about to commit suicide by jumping off the church roof. Other testimonies revealed a feminine being of light and numerous healings.
Upon further observation, this video does seem suspicious. The real apparition was on the roof of the church and didn't transform itself from a white cross into the Virgin Mary.

@kiwichristian2009 Greek may have specific words for blood relatives, but does Hebrew? I don't believe so. Remember the Greek is still a TRANSLATION of what was actually said in Hebrew and Aramaic. Jesus did not have literal brothers and sisters.

And Assyut was a church with towers and domes, far from this seascape. Clearly this is of an actress taken first dancing against a white backdrop and pasted in. Pity this film is here as it detracts from the films of the true figure of light on the church. Perhaps Peter Safwat, an Egyptian Copt, knows enough English to explain here? His weeping Christ video seems much more genuine, with those highly excited voices speaking Arabic in the background.

Yes, of course it's taken from the TV like a mass of stuff on YT. And with a handheld camera. In Egypt they are not that rich with DVD recorders around in every house! What is particularly suspicious is the background seems to be land and sea, and the image seems of a human cloaked figure. I work with computer graphics. You can pretty much call me an "expert " in digital art and I tell you that this is not a fake. If you pause it on 0:05 you can see that her arms are wings of a dove. If you pause it on 0:11 her body clearly appears to be the head of a lamb. If you look at her dress at the bottom as it is playing from 0:11 on you can see the island of manhattan. When the Worltrade center vanishes you can clearly see the freedom tower which hasn't even been built yet.

This video isn't the actual apparition. There was no cross that turned into the Virgin Mary. The appearance was first observed by someone who thought it was a girl who was about to commit suicide by jumping off the church roof. Other testimonies revealed a feminine being of light and numerous healings.

Hmm! I am Catholic and I bow only to Jesus Christ. You must be submitting to the longstanding myth which other Christian believe, that Catholics worship statues. Don't make us like the ancient Romans who worshiped images of Jupiter, Apollo, Diana, etc. Statues remind us of those people who said yes to God. People bow down to Marian apparitions out of fear and wonder, asking themselves why the mother of God would appear to them, just as Mary wondered why an angel of God would appear to her to announce she would carry the Messiah. To dismiss God because of the progression of science shows me lack of understanding of science. Science has shown us the universe is much more complicated and mystery than we ever thought. The principles of Quantum mechanics showed us that everything we believed in regarding physics and the nature of reality is wrong and completely unpredictable.

Once again, that they used holy pictures does not justify that practice in itself. So many of us believers in the Lord Jesus Christ have hold to erroneous teachings at one time or another; yet the Lord calls us to come out of her (Babylon) and not touch the unclean and He will deal with us as with sons: 2Cor 6:16-18. Ancient, Present and Future Babylon in scriptures is always depicted as a place of spiritual fornication in which any way of idolatry, blunt or disguised, is the coin of the realm.

God says: even Satan disguises himself as an angel [Gr. Messenger] of light (2Cor 11:14) [angels=Gr. Aggelos = messengers]. By this and other scriptures it is found out those alleged apparitions of "Mary" are nothing more but proof of deceiving messengers of light [preferably from the sky], calling "herself" (themselves") the chosen portrayers of God's up-to-date counsels and the dispensers of His graces, intercessor(s) for the humankind, and object of our devotion. Evidently brazen lies.

If we were to imitate the early believers in, for instance, what you mention they did [use holy pictures], where are the apostolic instruct. regarding that custom? And/or if there isnt anything specif. in the Gospels and the Letters to that respect, Is there at least two blurbs favoring such practice? On the contrary: we find tons of scriptures against the idea of honoring saint homage. Obviously you are choosing to take refuge in Tradition in spite of the fact that it's Scripturally wrong.

Me neither but then I dont with statues or pictures. You get those who love and do as they are commanded too, and those who do not, those who act or speak in away that is against the commandments and even against the laws of the Church, but this happens in every dominion, it is sad but true. When seen it can pierce the heart. A photograph of a loved one is not a loved one but a picture of that person. Loving the person is not wrong. Worship, loving above God, this is wrong, is idolatry.

Arm46able: Very good I must say... As can be seen by this Colossians passage Paul was already seeing the formation of the latter days Great Harlot. For the sake of expedience the Catholic has rescinded their laws about foods Because there follower finally got to read some bibles. But still reading on in this Colossians passage we see that forbidding marriage for the leaders was also an ear mark of who she is, I.E. the Great Harlot. No one in the Bible has ever forbid Marriage you see.

Just so you know I'm not a Baptist but am a person who has devoted more than thirty thousand hours of his life to Bible study. I'm committed the truths anyone can search in the true Bible, not relying on single accounts or here say, but relying on scriptures that state the same things over and over again. If you want to prove your case give many verses from the scriptures that are stating the case you want to present, and I'll do the same and will see who has the witnesses stacked on their side

You can talk about tradition all you want and this is not what the Apostle Paul is referring to when he brings attention to [Sound Doctrine] verses paying attention to the doctrines of demons who present themselves as angels of light to deceive the masses. In the new testament it does state the the masses would be led astray in the latter days of the Church age. The scriptures always condemns the making of images and that is what the virgin Daughter of Babylon sponsors.

You mis understand the making of images, these are images of worship if this were not so then even a photograph of a loved one would be a sin, the first christians drew images catacombs are full of them. The Catholic Church forbids worship of idols and of Mary and Angels and Saints, it is a mortal sin. Representations of Angels of light do not convert pagan and athiests, this makes no sense. Do you not understand that you could be calling Mary the mother of Jesus the daughter of Babylon?

The Council of Nicea II stated honor to be given to images: the cross, our Lady without blemish, the revered angels and of any of the saintly holy men So it is that the teaching of our holy fathers is strengthened, namely, the tradition of the catholic church. But an apostle stated in Gal.1:8: if we, or an angel of heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. And the point is the apostles never instructed us to honor any image of anybody.

Translating the New Testament from its original Greek leads to no other conclusion about James, the brother of Jesus. He was the biological brother of Jesus by Mary.
There's nothing wrong with a woman having sexual intercourse. It should not make her of any less value. Should she be less revered because she had sexual intercourse and enjoyed it? NO. She was a human being, not a God.
Mary was never called a virgin during her lifetime. She and the kids would've laughed.

@migely Amen!The N/T was translated into greek and they have specific words for Actual blood relative and cousin.Mark 6:3-4 these were his literal brothers and sisters because the word for brother is "Adelphos" literal blood relative. The word for Cousin is " Anepsios" not used here. So Jesus had literal brothers and sisters according to the bible, this refutes Rome's teaching that Mary remained a perpetual virgin all her life. Romes false doctrines are exposed by the truth of Scripture amen

@kiwichristian2009 Greek may have specific words for blood relatives, but does Hebrew? I don't believe so. Remember the Greek is still a TRANSLATION of what was actually said in Hebrew and Aramaic. Jesus did not have literal brothers and sisters.
