My grandfather worked for American Airlines in a couple different countries. It's pretty kewl.

Still though, American 11 was hijacked... but it wasn't American Airline's fault it was the Airport's fault..

I've never flown American but I'd assume it's good if my mom flew it to many different countries safely.

Somethimes it's lost ( then they put it in the wrong section) otherwise, they stole it.. everytime we fly to Kinshasa our own FA crew needs to check if they don't steal something! it's terrible! so don't blame American cause it's a good airline! but i understand your point !

If you feel its the best airline in the world then you must consider the people that make the airline.And Im sorry to inform you but AA has one of the worst management/employee relationships of any airline.Thats excactly what one of the judges said from the countless court cases against AA by employees.However its nice to know they have the power to make people happy.Ask them to spread that happiness to the flight attendants.

Yes there are great people within the company,however AA allows and encourages management to harass its hard working employees through its attendance policies.For instance flight crews work in very contageous atmospheres but are not allowed to use their sick time.If a flight attendant is late from the same snow storm that delayed the flight he/she is not excused...unless your manager likes you...but if not your punished.Any time a company's employees have a union the company is unfair.
