I feel a strong sense of ethics from the top down in this company and would like to see ANY hard evidence of a lapse in fair business practices as conducted by KV Management. KV Management trains each and every one of its agents for over 40 hours at the onset of their careers with KV regarding professional practices and ethics in the funding industry. Unlike this Cash Advance Company that is starting up with no track record and suspect practices, KV has unlimited powerful and complimentary testimonials that make it a leader as a financial consulting firm.

That is funny considering that KV Management has 1000’s of client and 100’s of agent throughout the country and the only person who is claiming we are unethical across the entire internet is a person who is neither and is trying to start a company by copying our business model.
While I am sure you do know who many of the companies that we work with, since every company in this industry works with us, even the MCA companies, You do not know where the bulk of our funds come from.
You have never heard KV Management claim to be a lender. While we do directly fund some deals, they are MCA’s with the same low rates as our loans. As I am sure you are aware there are no state licensing requirements to provide this form of financing. Whenever there is a claim to our access of capital we always make it clear we are referring to the total volume our network of licensed lenders are making available to us.
The typical MCA costs a merchant $.35-$.45 on the dollar for a deal structured to be paid off in 6 months. I believe these are the type of deals you will be offering merchants. Our loans cost the merchant $.12 - $.19 on the same 6 month term. If we stretch the loan out to 12 months we will charge $.20 - $.30. These are very significant savings
