@fess1996 Sorry for offending you. This game doesn't look alright to me. The New Nightmare was my first game & i must say that it's the only Alone in the Dark game wich i like. It's scary,it's really dark,and tormenting. The New Alone in the Dark it's soo gay, too much light, too much songs singed by some females,and Edward Carnby doesn't look badass anymore. All Alone in the Dark games sucks. Alone in the Dark: the New Nightmare it's the only one wich looks fine to me. This is just my opinion.

Pretty identical to PC version. The Sega Saturn and PlayStation versions, on the other way, were somewhat reworked with model texturing and new FMVs.

if you have seen alone in the dark 1 the gameplay is crap if you see a chest you go up to it and a pouse menu comes up and says either fight push/pull excetra and its the same with monsters whats the point

The console itself was before its time and sadly the games are generally below average. However there where some great games for the system Alone in the Dark 1 and 2 being two of them.

This is the 3DO version, so it's being run on a 3DO console. However, I have played the PC one recently as well (and have a video on YouTube for it) through DOSBox with no issue. You might want to increase the emulated processor speed when you run it by pressing CTRL+F12 (a lot of times)

Hey question about the "3DO" is that like a computer playable version? Yes I know noob question but I played this game back in 1994 on PC, I really want it cus' I nvr actually beat 2 & 3 so Im going to get it form ebay, I heard 3do version is better though, so is it playable on like a Windows XP?
