3:48-3:49 is from a cm (commercial) featuring Yamashita Tomohisa in it.

1:55 and 1:58-2:00 is from Yamashita Tomohisa's PV Daite Senorita

There is a drama that Horikita Maki stars in that is also included but I've never watched it so I don't know the name of it.
