I never understood why some people seem to have so much trouble pronouncing Japanese words naturally.. It's not like there are any new sounds to deal with...
I'm assuming all of the skits have to be recorded in Japanese? Anyway, you could be a little more understanding. Have you ever taken Japanese? I'm in my fourth semester of Japanese, and the I still have trouble pronouncing some of the words, especially at the speed that the Japanese say them.
I'm honestly not trying to sound pompous here but seriously I can't sympathize with it, my pronunciation is fine and I've just been dicking around with Japanese for a couple years, nothing serious..
Although I guess I could understand if you took a class.. leave it to the school system to butcher a language beyond recognition..
Even a teacher has to teach from the curriculum though, no? It seems any school language curriculum is rather slow-moving and doesn't teach in a good or efficient way. I guess the problem is learning from a textbook lather than learning from an environment.
XD I think that all of the performers in the WCS must record the dialogue for their performances in Japanese (it's understandable, knowing that the event is held in Japan.)
Yeah, I'd guessed that was the case, but it'd be lovely if there were subtitles, or even a transcipt or something. :3 Ah well - dialogue aside, the performance is still really cool!
well..we were..okay anybody else think we kinda sucked a little bit, china is sill my favorite so far, i cant wait to see brazil, i dont really get what the puppets were for, but the little fight was cute XD go usa! haha..ha..heh..yeah
why are they talking in Japanese? Is that a requirement? if so that sucks ass

My teacher is Japanese and is from Japan... It has nothing to do with the teacher, I just get tounge-tied rather easily. Everyone has their faults.
