  • Carcass is THE SHIT !!!!!!!!! just everything is insane about this bands , vocals , solo , riff and everything !

  • the moment i listened to this album(this song even) i seriously just felt shocked-at how fucking awesome it was-beautifully constructed, awesome solos, and one hell of a brutal voice.carcass are a credit to this nation alone,if not the whole world\m/

  • @musicalkaratekid ABSOLUTELY AGREE!!!!!

  • @musicalkaratekid I´ll never forget the day I discovered this album either. this song and Corporeal especially left me speechless..

  • One of the best metal albums of all time... BAR NONE.

  • true story

  • song is a MILESTONE!!!

  • Great to see how Carcass evolved since their debut Reek Of Putrefaction.

But Reek... isn't really an album, it's more a document. The invention of Goregrind.

When you don't know shit about metal you might think it's just a pile of noise made by some stoned teenagers but grind bands have been influenced by that ever since it came out!

And by their third album they play something completely different so you can clearly see how they evolved :) .

Although I think Exhume to Consume remains unmatched.

  • I never thought I'd like Exhume to Consume but...

There is something undeniably awesome mixed with the growling and thrashing of instruments.

  • The growling and thrashing of instruments IS the good part, not just the substrate.

  • this song was so fucking great live!

  • the last verse of this song is brutality incarnate !!

  • love music, mostly into trance, chilltronica, mark knopfler, aphex twin... BUT this is there in the top 5. had something thats never been matched

  • não digam asneiras.

este é a melhor banda de grind.

  • Best album ever, with Subconcious Terror (Benediction)

  • the intro makes me shiver! :P

  • it doesn't look like a calendar at all...

    LOL

  • \m/

    :)

  • Simply perfect!

  • The best part of the song is right after the final guitar solo when Bill shouts "I propagate!"

  • One of the many great songs by the mighty Carcass

  • one of my prefered songs from one of the sickest, and most imaginative concept albums of all time.

  • of course i also love the drum intro on 'coporeal sigsore quandry'... and 'carneous cacoffiny'.

  • This is slowly becoming my favourite Carcass song.

    I INPROPAGATE

  • A true Carcass fan has no Favorite song... "Long live the GODS OF GRINDCORE" Carcass Forever.

  • this is british dude, also some british metal is rad!

  • Sabbath and Judas Priest =D

  • i love this song its amazing but for me there best song is Death Certificate, by far the best metal song ive ever heard

  • Incarnated Self Abuse is my favorite song from this album

  • Solvent* lol

  • Necroticism and Heartwork are their best albums...those years where their best...or should i say that right now their fuckin awesome...?In Rockwave Festival they had an incredible performance...

    Carcass gia panta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Does anybody know where the intro speech is taken from?

  • I think they recorded it themselves. I've never heard it anywhere else.

  • Man, I would KILL to see these guys...I bought this album when it came out, after hearing 'Incarnated Solvent Abuse' on the Masters Of Brutality comp...Wow, I'm old...;)

  • Saw them in a tiny fuckin club for this album, best Death Metal show I've ever been to

  • hehe heartwork my friend, i love them all but heartwork for me is the shit, best death tune ever made? in my opinion yes!

  • Hell yeah. But to me, the best is this: Baphomet- Boiled in blood. Listin to it and tell me what you think! DEATH METAL 4 LIFE!

  • FUCKING-A! I meant to say Baphomet- Streaks of Blood, lol my bad dude.

  • i love heartwork..just because they added more melody doesnt make it any less AMAZING

  • this album fucking rules, carcass its a legend and the gods of gore grind hells yeah!!

  • Death metal, reformed grind core artists, they do a lot better in the death metal catagory anyways :) I FUCKING LOVE CARCASS!!!

  • "No rest for the dead..."

  • I INPROPAGATE!!!!

  • carcass are fucking amazing, there songs are awesome, everything about this band i love, really sucks about ken. BUT THESE GUYS ARE FUCKING GREAT!!!! GRINDCORE AT ITS BEST!

  • their songs

  • indeed Carcass' best work is necroticism!!!

  • "with souls to devour"

  • "hot dry powdered human slag!"

  • fuck that shit, INPROPAGATION is my favorite Carcass song...just play this song at my funeral bitches then you'll hear the real beauty of this song...

  • I know the feeling brother of metal, when I die I'm gonna make sure that song be played at my funeral because Carcass are the Almighty Gods Of Grind!!!

  • Best Grindcore/Deathmetal album EVER!!!

  • I do like this album but i prefer older carcass especially reek of putrefaction its the only one that the only way to describe as is an organic sound wich is what drew me to the band to begin with and as far as this one is concerned im partial to incarnated solvent abuse.

  • carcass is very fucking good

  • My favorite Carcass album bar none. It is just so fucken special like the self titled Mr. Bungle album and Dream Theater's "Images & Words" which were released the same time as this.

  • dude scenes from a memory is better than images & words... but anyway carcass are awesome, I love michael ammots playing!

  • Images & Words ruled because it was the most balanced album. It wasn't all about Petrucci.

  • Napalm death was together before Repulsion formed.

  • were Bullen, Harris and Broaderick playing as fast as Repulsion though? I've heard bits of their 85 demo "Hatred Surge" and it is quite a tempo down from "Scum". Still, the entire crossover: SOB, Heresy, ENT, ND, Filthy Christians, Carcass, Terrorizer, etc, etc. Oh what happy days!!!

  • The best song of this album!!!

  • I wish i could go to Wacken this year too, its on my birthday

  • Agreed with you, Carcass and Napalm did create grindcore, but Carcass was more on the metal side, and Napalm was more on the hardcore side. I would condiser carcass more of a death metal band, but they did help create grindcore without a doubt

  • Its called Repulsion look them up the first grind band

  • Fucking Kick Ass! Carcass fucking rule!

  • Carcass is the best pure death metal group along with Death

  • Yeah but they helped create the grindcore and there early works are a bit towards the Grindcore style like Napalm Death... so i consider them to have made, alongside Napalm of course, the Grind Death genre! Carcass of course kickass and its all about "buried dreams", and i wish i could see them at wacken this year!

  • the greatest carcass song ever

  • I remember listening to this when I was 18. Still the best Carcass album in my opinion...

  • You mean... you're not 12 like most people on youtube?

    Oh wow.

    This is a kickass album.

  • Well Im mean It hits us all the same........ i first heard them when i was 13... An I Still love Them At 19.Carcass Fucking Rules!

  • The best Carcass Album

  • Epic song. Groundbreaking album. Carcass was death metal at its finest. Even in the afterlife, there's work to do...

  • indeed when i listen to this album it is hard to imagine someone could make something even better , but that is just my opinion, but that doesn't stop me from hoping someone does
