  • I mean no disrespect BUT... Someone on that crew is going to get hurt one of these days. A good "Artillery School" would be a good idea for the safety of them and anyone around them.

If you ever see a crew made up of artillery instructors you will see the difference.

  • why would any good artillery man stand in front of a howitzer to sponge it? he has never been to a school of the piece: and since when do you hold the top of a ram or a worm? good way to loose a hand if it happened to go off:

  • *Cringes seeing MANY safety violations in the operation of that gun crew. 1 and 2 men swarming in and craming infront of the gun, neither one of them seems to value his fngers much *shakes head* Risky stuff

  • Oh, yeah. My captain would never allow that. I'm with the 3rd PA Light Artillery Battery B, and my captain is the soul of caution.

  • 2nd Mi Battery B Light artillery Hudsons Battery, My corperal would never allow that crap on the field and My unit is critical about safety my corperal is a National Civil War Artillery instructor

  • the artillery battery was good but I hope Norfolk would promote them more.
