How many rounds Sarah?2, 3? and how many times a week?...I've lost 22 lbs in 2 months, but although I'm working out 6 days a week, for the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to lose more weight...I do strength training and HIIT, would this work out do the magic?

You should do it in addition to your regular strength training program. Don't do it on days you do cardio - do it when you lift, and I'd say 3 times through out the workout.

You should invest in a heart monitor with a calorie counter. Costco was selling a Nike one for $35-40. It counts calories for you and heart rate.

this is just to burn EXTRA fat, but it would be reccomended to do more than this. this could be what you do as part of a workout.
