  • Nothing personal as the presenters are very professional, but it's an infomerical sponserd by Quake brands, with sun tan lean young ladies who really don't need the workout.

    Make it real, have some BBW sweating buckets, breathless trying to the same, and sponsered by Stouffers meals for one..(Onion subscribers get the joke)

I am new to your subscription. i like this workout. being very heavy it is out of my range( for now{:>) . i would just like to hear you mention the level of exertion and that going too hard ( high heart rate) will leave the fat burning zone. I have seen many go too hard for months and not get the fat off because they think harder is better. They in fact are stressing thier heart needlessly that early in thier program.

  • You should invest in a heart monitor with a calorie counter. Costco was selling a Nike one for $35-40. It counts calories for you and heart rate.

  • it's been my last name my entire life and I've never heard that one! People usually just say the first syllable and stop at that. It's embarrassing enough but hey, i've gotten used it.

  • You should do it in addition to your regular strength training program. Don't do it on days you do cardio - do it when you lift, and I'd say 3 times through out the workout.
