Aaaaaahthisisterrible. I was half-expecting at the start someone to voice over at the Sega Saturn logo and go SAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY-GU­UUUUUUUUULL. It sure would've given us a nice warning that this was a grade-a fail on life.

I remember hearing about an anime Panzer Dragoon back in 1999. I remember thinking, "Does Panzer Dragoon have enough story and plot to be turned into an animated film?" I was going to get it... but for some reason I forgot about it.

@therealbluedragon involved.. they probably directed the conceptarts (which havent been that bad) and the general settings. I have doubt the drew this or had direction over the entire project. probably some fundraiserbusinessman said "put the chick there, we need blonds". . . .. ok team andromeda might connect blonds with their germanophile interests but eh, you get the point.
