Thankfully, they patched a fix for that. If you bail in the middle of the ocean, you die after a certain period of time, rather than having to swim all the way back to shore.

lol at the airport we did a race and i pulled of a bad ass strafe of the car like in the movies and they all had lambos so the 3 other guys got i chopers and got shot down like a half a mile off the water so i had to pick them up for the first time because iv never done it before and i got a full load the....... got shot down middle east style everyone decided it would be funny to get rpgs and 2 gunships and had the battle of new york there was rockets flying everywere it was bad ass

The recent update made it so that if you spend too much time in the water, you drown. I miss being able to swim back to shore with a little patience...

How do you this? I've tried several times, and had problems. First, the people can't even swim close because of the whirlpool created, and second, what button do you push, y or x? or both? nice vid dude plz help.

all you have to do is stay close to the water, they swim over to the side doors, and they mash Y to get in.

when i get multyplayer i will play cops n crooks and i will pick up my friend in a helicopter while they are in a boat. i will make the heli close to the boat and theyll get in

Generally when I see a friend aiming an RPG at me, I punch the throttle, hold whichever rudder will take me away in the less obstructed direction, and bug out.

I wasn't far enough into the single player to have had the helicopter tutorial. He was the one that told me that the bumpers were the rudders, which was a pretty major discovery for me.

If you want practice, do it in the pond at Central Park. It's infinitely easier when you know you're not drifting and all you have to do is control your altitude.
