  • Im had a SURGERY FEw days ago Matt i had a problem with my intestines...so i had to wait to back to the gym but 3 days later after my surgery i was in the gym doing chest god damn it!!...was great...

  • good job kroc. personally i think it's great that you are shifting from powerlifting to bodybuilding because you have to think about long term health and going easier on the weights while still maintaining weight lifting in your lifestyle is very beneficial. im not sure what's your position on powerlifting but i sure hope you keep bodybuilding and start winning contests!
