Why should the prescription of Luvox be a red flag to law enforcement or the district attorney? they wouldn't talk nor get to investigate anything about mind control. The police would even insist it doesn't exist. if any investigation by police led to the discovery of a mind controlled individual, the FBI or possibly CIA would take over in which we know the rest after that, nothing will happen and they'll make up some story. So of course it was ignored.
