Always when cracking a program especially windows, make sure you are fully disconnected from the internet. Try it again using that procedure. Also, look to see if there is a readme file with the crack or if Rockxp 4 has any installation instructions. If this doesnt work, then maybe the crack doesnt work. Good luck!
