  • Love this, but, The Black Watch were the Regiment at JFK's funeral. Asked again by Jackie after they had playd on the lawn a few months earlier.

  • Beautiful. Only a true Scot can appreciate this, and smile knowing that it was played by my local regiment. Yes, I'm from Aberdeenshire. It's sad that such a great regiment is gone. And I quote Winston Churchill... "the finest regiment that ever was"

  • Dear Helen1434, what a beautiful tune! The two tunes compliment each other so well. Thanks for sharing!

  • What pray is the second tune in this set after the 'Mist Covered Mountains of Hame?'

  • @fuerstF im sure it is called ( come by the hills)

  • @ Rosswatt1979 sorry but the deepness of the brass compliments the pipes and gives depth to the tune

  • bloody hate brass with pipes...shame it would be so much better without the brass

  • lovely tune and lovely pictures and now Iknow Sir Walter Scots' description of the countryside is not just hyperbole

  • Very nice. Lovely pics and a lovely tune well played. Thanks for posting.
