the part about soaking is correct, but its usually overnight, not 30 minutes. What I find amazing is the unsafe handling of the bottle rocket in this video. Why did he touch it? Tip over the tube, then pick up the tube and dump it, dont pick up the bottle rocket? Why oh why would you do something so unsafe in a safety video?

you should not put dud fireworks in the garbage!!!! you need, while they are still in the water destroy them, taking them apart so the powder will be lost. then you can pour the water wherever because the powder is made out of chemicals also used for gardening and plants such as sulfur and potassium nytrate.

again once they have been into the water for awhile destroy them: DO NOT WASTE THEM IN THE NORMAL GARBAGE!!!
