Ninjutsu is more is a logic, rather than a specific set of moves. Like other martial arts tend to carry traditional attacks that are now irrelevant to modern life situation. I mainly study in Bujinkan, but i rather not limit myself with labels. Ninjutsu is a highly adaptable style. You use what works "best" not only what you learn from a single school. If you are familiar with Ninjutsu then you should already know that. Names, ranks or titles mean nothing to me, so why devote myself only to one?

there were meticulous records kept of each ryuha, including their particular techniques.... these are passed on to the new soke and are the only proof he has of his legitimacy. hatsumi refuses to allow the authentication of these documents.

also worth noting... hatsumi doesnt teach the ninjutsu schools he claims to know... and has not granted any teaching grades in any of them,

to argue that any stealth technique is ninpo defeats the purpose for naming things...
