I was giving aid to the driver of the dump truck and Governor Calvo came over to ask the driver if he was ok and what happened. I think he was in front of me, I was in the center lane to turn left or straight, the dump truck swept by in the right turn lane right next to us. The truck whipped by an shook my car then boom.

Deja vu, again? That is the second time a truck slides down recklessly on a hill. The first, I still remember, was a small tanker truck that squashed a Guam PDN employee while he was in his vehicle some years ago. It was a sad story.

Truckers need to be REALLY CAREFUL when sliding downhill on any on Guam's mountains and hills. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!! Some of the roads does not have a black non-skid marking on it. That is what my dad once told me.
