but i can understand why they chose not to run another season, this episode was the series finale. in this episode it showed the perfect way to say goodbye to the show, everything ended perfectly, their luck finally changed. i think lincoln heights was the modern day show for Gilligan's Island and Good Times, in the sense that in every episode they never seemed to catch a break until the very last show.

It was very nice of Sid to give half the money to the Suttons. Although that was the right thing to do sometimes people will know that and still won't do it so I was very glad she did the right thing. It is about time that Charles father showed up to help him do something. Not that I wish for anybody or any family to be unhappy, but I appreciate the honesty of the writers to show that black people aren't always the ones who have broken homes and being disowned by their fathers. Good job writers!

But i have to say since I've seen it all, this is the most amazing show ever. Great story lines great acting. The Sutton's family is really an inspiration. i hope more people in this world could be like them. Look at it, they are not rich and they have lend a hand to so many.
