This is a niche business as there are only so many people that can spend that kind of dough. Selling t-shirts and plush dolls is only a temporary cash flow just like beanie babies. That facility needed way too much money to be profitable and there aren't enough people who would or can pay those prices to sustain it. Foreign market? Come on, what a pipe dream. That building is ridiculous.

Foreclosure wasn't long in coming after Jr and Vin took their talents and left OCC. Let a dick like Jason Pohl who knows nothing about bikes design for you and you've got troubles but Sr was too stubborn to admit he screwed up by firing Jr. Guess what Sr? People bought the bikes because of Jrs designs not because of anything you had to offer.

However, I'm not about to give them my hard earned money to buy a shirt that will end up as a dust rag in 3 years. They should be giving those shirts away to fans.

Oh, you don't know the half of it. I've been to the new shop twice already. They not only have t-shirts but bags, towels, caps, hats, jeans, miniature models of bikes they've built -- even lunch boxes and Pez Dispensers featuring likenesses of the OCC stars!
