  • Woo hoo! Congratulations Ossisocke!

I have great respect for a person who makes the effort to improve his or her life.

For me, the effort is putting on weight. So I lift iron and do situps.

Last night I was at a food co-op. I walked two blocks to a Shaolin Kenpo dojo; I'm going to take a community ed class for 8 weeks.

I had a nice chat with one of the teachers. They focus on street fighting and fighting several people at once. Looks like my cup of tea.

  • Ossisocke, do you want all the weight you gain to be fat?

Some of those carbs are used for energy. But the rest of those high glycemic index carbs will end up as fat on your body.

Back in the 1940s and 1950s, bodybuilders knew that eating liver was a great way to pack on muscle!

  • The carb load actually went pretty well. I gained some muscle and according to my scale, lost fat.

but eating liver sounds nice for next time, now that you mention it. :D

  • I just went shopping: Bought skim milk, rice, lean chicken, special k and bread. Common sense would imply I am trying to lose weight. Actually pretty much the opposite is the case: I am trying to gain weight and put my body in an anabolic environment for bulking up. Everyone who does strength training knows it works.

And it also works for the majority of people buying the exact same foods. Sadly they had a different intention in the first place. And as they don't exercise, they gain fat.

  • Boringg!!!straight to the point!!!

  • Do you think an evolutionary process is taking place to accommodate a more sedentary, and higher weight society?

When can we hear and see those who can show us the effects of your Glucocrave Extreme results? Is it beneficial for type one diabetics?

    Tks,

    Linds

  • Of course physical evolution will accomodate most physical and lifestyle changes over many, many generations. In the meantime, we are in trouble!!

  • Amazingly informative! Thanks for posting!
