Just saw Kevin do this at the National Guitar Workshop a few days ago, fantastic. He said he uses this song (a few times) to warm up before playing a gig. He said his favorite guitarists are Wes Montgomery and Andres Segovia, so this is the Segovia side of Kevin. Awesome guitar player.
I've been a HUGE Kevin Eubanks since I stumbled upon his Face to Face disk in the early 90's. He's an incredible guitarist and is EXTREMELY underrated add underexposed in my opinion. If you like this, get Face to Face and Shadow Prophets. I think those are his two best, but they all are great!!
