This is one of my favorite "unmarked sub-quests" in the game. This dude is priceless lol. I get the feeling that "Trees!" is a reference to Oasis, like pretty much every other time trees are mentioned in the game.

i was actually able to pick him off with a sniper rifle from a far distance without using V.A.T.S. it's a wonderful gun... still, i love to blow people up and watch them go flying...when point lookout comes out, i'll probably never let my husband near the xbox, i'll be too busy playing...

One time, I wandered to the hostage, and he ran to the bombs. I was like OH SHIT but then after a series of fucking big explosions I just flew as a ragdoll, then stood up. Less than half of my health was consumed. I was wearing the prototype medic armor.
