Before that select any skill especially the 5 symbol skills (I think they're Higi)

When Overlimit Gauge is full press L+R at the same time. Trigger the skill button (X) with the directional button for a certain skill, then press the O button while the skill is in effect. That's where the Hi-Ougi takes place.

Just connect your Psp to the internet like you do with your internet ^_^ in the game "Extra" option it will auto find your connection or manually do it wireless then click on the 3rd tab~
