I'm sick of being yelled at and getting honked at for following the rules. I made a complete stop at a stop sign, the driver behind me would honk at me. I stopped and yield for pedestrian, the guy behind me would yell at me. And not to mention, if I ever strictly followed the speed limit to the dot, I would get my butt kicked. I used to ride a motorcycle, but not anymore, there's something seriously wrong with a lot of drivers nowadays.

This is why we shouldn't have "FASTRAK ONLY" lanes! All of the lanes should be fastrak/cash. Make it simple!

On the East-Bound entrances and exit yes, everywhere else is mild, or a decline.

I can't say I am shocked...the bay area has the worst drivers around...its easy to blame all the bad drivers on minority's but it looked like a lot of these people behaving badly were white...

The carpool lanes are hard to get to, the fast track lanes are hard to get to, and it's always hard to avoid being able to change lanes at all. Thye might as well make all lanes Fast Track and carpool available. It's bullshit that if I go over the bridge with 5 people and a fast track pass, I still have to pay, unless I pull some magic lane changes. All the bad traffic going onto the bridge is 100% the result of the complicated entrance.

There's a bill for a high speed train for California on the ballot this November. It won't solve everything, but it's a start. Imagine, San Francisco to L.A. in 2 hours! The proposed possible expansions are to connect Sacramento and San Diego to the line, so you could move from Sacramento to San Francisco (assuming via San Jose though I don't know) faster than a car! The trains would move around 200mph, like Japan's bullet train. I say vote for it, you know it will pay for itself eventually.

1 out of 4 drivers today should not be on the road, why are they? Everyone has a good chance at death by auto, why do we put up with this crap? Auto deaths and injuries numbers are shocking, yet no-one seems to make it an issue. In fact it is almost taboo to even talk about it, yet we all know someone who has been killed or injured in a vehicle. Most are just to save a few sec. off a trip.

Some people try to find the shortest line. There are signs and lane markings that say FasTrak ahead. So there is plenty of time to change lanes before getting to the toll plaza.
