I always thought that +6 MT +6 Offroad stat would make Dry Bowser one of the better karting characters.

Rosalina is a bit easier to use, probably a better character overall, but Dry Bowser will have the edge on stages that require offroad shortcuts.

no rosalina has +3 speed +3 MT and somthing else

Dry bowser has +6 MT + 6 offroad

funky has +4 speed and +3 offroad :P

u may as well use daisy on wild wing because wild wing will have better MT and drift and basically same speed

use rosilina instead of dry bowser

because rosa brings up 3 mini turbo and 3 speed...
