First let me say you have amazing passion in your playing. I love it when you can hear a persons love for a song shine through as apposed to the cold clinical versions many put across.

Please, tell me - you have piano connected to notebook and there is a Synthology soft, I suppose. Where is your audio output? You are playing on default piano sound and just recording with Vintage D or have you some speakers? I have studio speakers but the sound is not so good and I feel latency there even with asio drivers, so it is not so comfortable. Thanks in advance!;)

My setting is as folllows:

The piano is just a midi controller, connected via USB (or midi) to my computer, triggering the piano software. I use different piano libraries like Ivory II (Synthogy) or Galaxipianos (Kontakt) etc.. If I record a tune, I use a sequencer programm (Sonar Producer X1). The output of the audio interface is connected to a HiFi amplifier and the speakers. The latency depends on driver and buffer settings.
