Malays should not be denied of higher education. NEP should be modified to produce more quality malay so they cant be taken advantage by the exploiters.
Nobody should be denied higher education...why is it that Chinese and Indian students want to do better and it is an assumption that Malays don't. I am very sure the Malay students want to excel, but because things come easy its hard to value what you have

As I come across, racial segregation begins when the implementation of NEP & worsen wt d policy of BUMI & NON-BUMI.
