Hey I like your video but I'm really curious what is your excersize routine? I want to achieve the body you have because I've seen so many women on steroids and that is the lazy way and ugly way for a woman to look buff and what I want is a natural built body like yours.

@MoonAdmirer workout every other day. For cardio, I only do explosive stuff like tossing tires, or sprints. I lift weights and keep pushing my limits so i can keep adding muscle. I also include lots of protein in my diet (or try too at least). Nowadays, i just sustain the shape i have already. =) thanks for watching!

just keep training :) i trained evry day 2 houres 7/7 nothing happent ... untill one day :) the mistake i did was not resting my body... like u cant train the same abs 2 days after eachother .. u gotta do another one the day after u trained the first one ... :p
