Kids wont join the army unless they get some cool elite name recognition. No more plain ole airborne 11 bang bangs. You have to be some Special Tactics Black Ops Sniper Ranger Airborne Rescue Ninja Seal with a special colored barrette and a huge enlistment bonus or no deal. The military markets itself well. They are masters of installing over confident false courage. All the fake scenarios always have a positive outcome. Nothing like the real deal though. I kept my steel pot just to remind me.

But everyone i talk to about it that hadn't served say thats the one thing they regret is not enlisting. So go for it bro. If you want airborne ranger, make sure jump school is in your contract as well as ranger indoctrination program. If you smoke quit now, and get a well placed work out regimen, RANGERS LEAD THE WAY!
