@sumofsumstuff dude i discoverd blender when i was 9, and i have been using it ever since and by the way im 16 now. blender is great to make 3d artwork and animations, the GE is also great to make games.

im studying multimedia and 3d design on highschool now so, No. kids that are not bad at creating stuff that are ment to be artisticly. but its difference between humans some are good at creating art and some are not.

@nazurea ya i find blender when I was 10, now I am 14, and I got a job at 3d design for Amazon, and also a web page designer, (make vbulletin and phpbb websites for people that are too dumb to understand MySQL)

@iRoxproductions Bahahahahahahahahahahha, NO YOU DONT and didnt!! I learned webpage design and coding when I was 18, on my own. Big whoop. PHP is for places like Facebook, Myspace. PHPBB and VBULLETIN is mostly for forum sites and 90% of them do there own. MySQL is for sites like Youtube, Google, Yahoo & WIKI websites. And I know for a fact that you have not worked for any of those places, for the obvious reason. 3D Design at Amazon was your give away!

@sumofsumstuff Whenever i was 11 and i found Blender, i remember my 1st two games, a FPS and a Multiplayer game, i started to learn about blender, and when i was 11, i created my first amazing game, ALONE, my Uncle has it, it was named Perfoa 2423, it was a amazing FPS, my uncle was amazed as hell, amazing graphics, amazing gameplay, and amazing voices (I made all the voices on the game) even my friends were amazed, im 13, even 11 year olds are great at blender, get it?

@coolymichael I was just playing with this and it was very tricky to figure out. 1) On the top info bar change blender render to blender game. 2) Make sure your view port shading (on the 3D view menu bar) is set to textured. 3) In a properties window select the Render tab and under shading pick GLSL and ensure lights and shadows are ticked. 4) Select your Lamp and from a Properties window Object Data tab, Make it a spot lamp and under shadow set it to the Buffer Shadow option.
