This song should have remained the National Anthem of our nation. It is a prayer that recognizes the sovereignty of God and his sustaining power. It invites the Holy Spirit to come and bless the nation. It still is my prayer for the nation. It is tied to our history and to the struggle of our people. COME HOLY SPIRIT AND BLESS THE CHILDREN OF AFRICA.
