anyways great video, will be very helpful when i get my motor and start building as a general guide and send me in the right direction, also you could probably swap out your carb and get more speed out of that motor (at the expense of fuel economy of course)

Hey, I just wanted to say great job on the time lapse video :D! I like your clean mechanical skills. Personally Im going to utilize my shifter and transfer the power from left to rite side of the engine.

Does it have gears or is it a single speed.

Is it kick or pull start?

I made one out of a mini bike frame a bicycle and a pair of motorcycle handle bars and it has a honda gx-160 engine and five speeds.

One thing I saw: You put the master link clip on backwards!! Might want to switch that around so that the open end faces away from the direction the chain is going. Just so it doesn't snag on something.

after taking out th 8 cassettes and hub inside th wheel, i installed a hub made for one single-cassette, put on the single cassete, then bought a single speed chain and cut it to the proper length for this bike... i didnt show this part in the video, cuz this video is made just for the motor installation in a very brief view

screws won't fall off if u tightened them properly, and old age will only make them tighter with rust, etc... u might have to replace some parts every now and then like carburater, sparkplug, etc. but i havent touched this thing for a while since i drive i dont need it,. i just made it for fun.
