i think I know what you're saying, I'm not an ike player but I do know that when you're doing a combo like that once you hit your opponent you will continue the attack and complete the 3 hits, it's like when using snake.

How do u repeat ur jabs without finishing off the last jab of the 3 jabs ike has? I mean i try to do the first 2 jabs of Ikes consecutively like 1,2,1,2,etc in the vid, but i ended up doing 1st jab, 2nd jab, then 3rd jab. How do u stop quickly after ur 2nd jab then repeat again with the 1st jab????

Don't use ike personally but You can lock people with the jab if their in on air coming back to the ground. Jab-canceling crap.. ...
jab+jab+jab+jab+ then the second and thrid hit. Seen it happen

This is actually really simple...You do:
A A ->
Hold A for like two seconds ->
Then keep tapping A like once per second.
