Higher wages doesn't mean higher pay. I worked for a family owned camera shop for about a year making $6.50 an hour, never got a raise. I quit that job due to the greedy and underhanded practises of the owners and moved to an even smaller camera shop owned by an older gentleman. I did LESS work and started out at $7 and was making $8.80 18 months later, with commission on top. It had nothing to do with the amount of labour I put in, but rather the generosity of the employer.

Higher wages doesn't mean higher pay. I worked for a family owned camera shop for about a year making $6.50 an hour, never got a raise. I quit that job due to the greedy and underhanded practises of the owners and moved to an even smaller camera shop owned by an older gentleman. I did LESS work and started out at $7 and was making $8.80 18 months later, with commission on top. It had nothing to do with the amount of labour I put in, but rather the generosity of the employer.

He voted 90% for Bush policy which lead us into an economic crisis. The bail out money which was to help get banks to lend again is just being used now for the banks personal gain.

When I stated that people need to see reality, I clearly meant that people need to see Obama for what he is. Obama supporters cannot be swayed no matter what Obama says or does.
As far as McCain winning - it's still a toss up. The polls always show the democrats ahead. As a reference, see every election for the past 28 years (or more?).
My prediction would be that Obama wins. I will not be voting for either Obama or McCain even though I view McCain as the lesser of two evils.

About voting: I do not know whom I did or shall vote for, I always vote, but I close me eyes as usual every 4 yrs and I pull a slot by random in each raw.
This way I never blamed myself to vote on the wrong person, and I never will be ashamed within.

The NYT article that Palin quoted concluded that Obama and Ayers WERE NOT CLOSE. Walter Annenberg (close friend of Reagan) asked both Obama and Ayers to sit on his charity board, but Annenberg (close friend of Reagan) gave $50 million to Ayers - i.e. he was closer to Ayers than Obama was. By association, was Reagan then a terrorist? And aren't terrorists supposed to be in jail?

People took their money and submitted faked registrations - that were flagged by ACORN, and would be rejected if Mickey Mouse ever tried to vote. McCain is a frikking liar.

If your conscience is telling you to vote for the lesser of two evils, then unfortunately that's what you will do, you're no different than the majority of Americans. I never assume, and I never said I understood your motivations or anyone else's. But I can say, whether it's Obama or McCain, there will be no great changes. Both candidates are owned by 'big business', both will continue to build up our military and nation build, we will still have the federal reserve, and so on. Wake up.
