  • I agree with mfabs19 you got mad lucky kid. you didn't even see anyone down in the hallways..

  • @drz125cc I strongly dislike this video

  • Wow, you got incredibly lucky a bunch of times. They missed more than they should on Perfect Agent, especially at the end after the Skedar ship took off.

  • "That was too close! I nearly had to take'em out myself!"

    =P

  • I like the gun sound at 1:25

  • I have every Perfect Agent mission completed except for Attack Ship, Area 51 : Infilitration, Skedar Ruins, and THIS :D

  • '''' confirmed ''''

  • Jesus this level was a nightmare on Perfect Agent, I know one of the hostages you saved on the second floor drops a Devastator which is perfect for killing the 3 guys in the training room and for destroying Carrington's files. Awesome video dude!

  • What? Apparently you saved the hostages after gunning down two of them.

  • I just started playing this on XBLA, I used to have it on the N64 years ago, and after watching this walkthrough I realized..uh oh, I am using the data upload to switch the guns on and at the computer to get the RC weapon..frantically pressing buttons switching from guns to the data upload, sometimes getting killed in the process, which was a waste of time...well I feel like a spick head lol...making the game harder than it needs to be....it's hard enough on this setting.

  • @heythanksbutnothanks Speaking of making it harder then it used to be. Before I watched this video, i used to kill the guards thinking there were datadyne soldiers. It didn't help that they wore similar clothing.

  • @MrChastoy LOL I am surprised I never did that too with my track record but in fairness they do look very similar, but thinking about that is kind of funny as they would just be standing there because they do not try and shoot you, they are on your side lol...so you were killing the good guys hehe! but that would make it a wee bit harder as they shoot a the bad guys too which reduces the impact their bullets have on you.

  • Not a bullet to spare on the holodeck.

  • protip: after you rescue grimshaw and get the devestator he drops, go straight to carringtons office and fire a grenade at the safe to destroy the data, that way, you don't have to go back up after getting the rcp

  • please tell me how to make yourself move faster i know there is way!

  • @TMacismyhero use c buttons to sidestep and gain mad speed

  • i give props running in high heels is hard

  • Video could have started at 1:30

  • How the hell are you supposed to save Foster and his companion on Perfect Agent? Both of them are already dead by the time I enter the room, even with a Combat Boost. Tips?

  • Worst perfect dark's mission !!!

  • @deamon548 i like it it's fun for replay value since nsa soldiers keep respawning, so you can have intense firefights

  • Just got to this stage on XBL. I managed to do it on the N64 but back then this game was practically my life. So as you can probably guess I struggled like hell this time. You really do make it look easy

  • You shot Foster at 4:10. How could you!!!!

  • @jcrowley1985

    He shouldn't have stood up!

  • You could have used the Devastator that the first set of hostages give you to destroy the sensative information. Much easier than using the laser and you can do it before Carrington tells you to.

  • Cool! (4:26)

  • wow, I never thought of using the rcp120 to cloak my way by all those dudes. I figured they'd all find me once I started using the data uplink.

  • I always seem to get lost when activating the auto guns lol btw u should go in after killing those first 2 dudes, 1 drops a devestator (grenade launcher) which really helps when saving the combat tutor

  • I always seem to get lost when activating the auto guns lol

  • Good strategy starting on the upper floors and working your way back to the weapons room; more efficient than how I usually do it. Also a good idea in the holographic training room to start with the intruder on the far right; I always start on the far left and never save the trainer. I prefer saving the boosts for the trip back downstairs, though, to give me more time cloaked. It's not difficult to deliver a quick kill to the intruders on the upper levels in real time.

  • @GhostIntoTheFog I noticed that too, I stopped using the boosts on the upper level, and since seeing this video even stopped it in the dark rooom on the lower level becuase I realized to use the sight and aim at their heads. them without much problem. TI is a better stragedy to start at the top becuase you have to get to teh safe and then go all the way back downstairs to get the RC weapon, much bettter if you finnish in there and head downwards to the ship.

  • "I have to go carefully..."

    *runs in with guns blazing

  • my favorite music in the whole game

  • @viper08500 yea i would use this one and chicago music on combat simulator a lot

  • You make this level look easy! Hardest in the game imo. Good walkthrough!

  • Im very impressed! well played!

  • yea it looks much better on xbox haha its funny how you use the "avoidance" technique so to speak when your trying to blow up the ship i never thought of doing that which is why i haven't beaten it yet...but there was a guy on youtube that did it in like 2 or 3 minutes...mission time was 1:37...wicked!

  • Man i want this game for my old n64 ooh man good time with teh N64: ZELDA PAPER MARIO RENT GOLDENEYE, YOSHI STORY HEXEN CHAMELEON TWIST i want 1999 bakc!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you are one machine... perfect!!!

  • Here is how I've always played this level: Once I've dealt with the autoguns, I hold off on saving the hostages in the firing range--instead, I save all the other hostages and acquire the Devastator in Grimshaw's office. I then use it on the safe. This causes the Skedar Bomb to spawn on the helipad--however the timer DOESN'T start. I then take my time and leisurely make my way to the bomb. Lastly, I save Foster in the firing range, grab the RCP120, cloak and finish the level.

  • Love this game! AWESOME to play with friends!

  • nice vid, well played!

  • haha saved by the elevator door. this was the last lvl i needed 2 do on perfect agent and i did it..thank u so much

  • I never thought of using the boost to save the hostages, nice one.

  • Loved how you used that elevator door to block bullets. Also I didn't know you could run around the bomb like that, I always sat there like a duck waiting to get shot. Maybe I can finally beat this now.

  • I always liked the blocky hands. lol

  • Thank God they fixed the frame rate issues in the XBLA version...

  • Thank God they fixed the frame rate issues in the XBLA version...

  • Lol i find it funny that most people say this level is imposible on perfect agent. funny thing is, i beat it the other day in three tries on PA without any videos to go by or any walkthroughs. persoally, i think the level after this is tougher...

  • f elevator, such a pain some time

  • This is one of the harder ones because of the enemies are infinite & and can appear at diffrent places.

I prefer the K7 avenger because it pierces faster through enemies shields, & prevents losing tight gun fights.

cloak is the way to go at the end.

    nice work!

  • lol @ 5:14. sucks man, those elevators are fucking bitches.

  • I'm surprised so many people have trouble with this on perfect agent compared to other levels, I have only beaten I think 3 levels on perfect agent and this was one of them.

There are 2 things you can do to make blowing up the files easier.

    1. Using the devastator that someone drops in the level.

    or/and

    2. If you take the alternative exit out of area51:escape, Joanathen will be outside carriton's office and he'll keep the guards at bay for you.

  • attack ship and this level are all i have left. but i didnt know about the devastator.. where do you get that?

  • @zachrhoads09 u get it from foster the guy who says "thanx i would have taken them on myself" hes a hostage in the left room upstairs also u have to save him first to get it

  • Fuck that... Not able to do all that shit. I stick to wimp mode. 3 objectives 4 me.(:

  • I like how Carrington's face is actually Robin Williams.

  • I've beaten the whole game on agent and special agent, i've done about 5 on perfect Agent:

    DataDyne Central

    Chicago for Psychosis Gun

Air Force one for the Laptop Gun Cheat

    Deepsea for Farsight Cheat

    The Duel

    Mr. Blonde's Revenge

  • @RobertArsenalFan the game is amazing on perfect agent, more objectives (and they explain alot of what happened), enemy has better aiming, and health

i love playing fps games on the hardest difficulty, but this is the best!

  • You played really well but you were VERY fortunate at 6:08, things might have gone quite wrong there!

  • wtf is xbla

  • Xbox Live Arcade.

  • @ColonelAngus75

Yeah, i did this Level on PDXBLA even without combat boost. I didn´t know you had one actually... oO I thought only in the airforce one level.

  • dude i shit myself playing this on special agent on perfect wow. ide prob have a fucking bomb in my pants

  • this is the only level on perfect agent i can not beat besides the finale, arrgh it sux balls. I always die trying to deactivate the bomb.

  • attack ship : covert assault was in my opinion the most difficult mission on perfect agent, followed by deep sea : nulify threat, cant wait to get this on XBLA i hope they release it before christmas but from what ive heard it could be as long as february :(

  • @jonezy1234

deep sea was the easiest in my opinion,

if u use the farsight to kill enemies ahead of u while doing objective objective 2 you shouldnt have a any problem beating it.

  • Lol 0:55 "Let me just look back to see if I hear something explode..." BOOOM

  • holy crap, you do make it look easy! I had this game for the 64 and i had such a hard time at some levels...

  • Damn, you just made that shit look easy!!! hahaah

I remember beating this whole game on Perfect Agent, and there were some levels that were a HUGE pain in the balls. This was one of them. The other was one of those 4 bonus levels. When I finally beat everything, I was ecstatic.

I can't wait to do all of this over again in the XBLA remake of this game. =D

  • fav mission :)

  • THE BEST LEVEl!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Saving the people on the bottom always seemed like a lost cause. I don't know if anyone did this, but using the Devastator on the files saved me a lot of time. However, it does prematurely bring up the Skedar ship and it's Blonde guards.

  • While you can save the guys in the Training Room, I think you're better off leaving the two weapons guys for dead (unless it's Co-Op and you're using Combat Boosts).

  • lol ! stupid elevator! I hate when it did that!

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome. I love how it zooms into the first person perspective at the start of each mission : )

  • I remember this mission. There should've been more CI soldiers there. If their HQ is under attack, they should've deployed all of them to defend the base.

  • actually after looking in the guide you can get a devastater in this level. if you rescue the hostages in the info room(grimshaw room) a datadyne guy will drop a devastator.

  • YOU LOOKED INTO THE GUIDE JUST TO FIND THAT! wow...ive known there was a devastator in the level and picked it up every time i played the level...

  • further more there is devastator ammo in one of the crates in the empty launchpad

  • i cant do this. whenever i shoot the laser at the safe, it wont open. you just shooted at one location. i try that it doesnt work.

  • use the devastator a guard will drop, lol

  • I had that problem until I realize that after rescuing the hostages and complete Obj. 1, you then have to go to the shooting range to access the pc, then take the RC-## gun in the wall. THEN you can go back to Carrington's office and brake through the steal plate...

  • Or you could get the devestator from the hostage upstairs in the room on the right and destroy the evidence that way, before getting the RC

  • this was the only lvl i couldn't beat on perfect agent it annoyed me so much cuz i wanted to do the war mission.

  • omg ive always wondered u no the doors that the skedar come through in the beggining theres another door after the door that got broken down whats behind it or is it just there to piss you off always wondering whats behind it idk can sumone answer this

  • I think there's just a balcony on the other side of that door.

  • what hapend? did she die? D=

  • I love this level! I hope the Carrington Institute returns if there's a (or when there's a) Perfect Dark 2.

  • there is a perfect dark for the xbox 360 im not really sure what its called but its the second only for the 360 :) which i dont have ps3 ftw :) and im sad i need the 360 cuz i love this game

  • its called perfect dark zero and its far from the original but there bringing perfect dark 64 to xbox live arcade with online features so im hoping that wont fail.

  • Good job! =D Ok... There was absolutely no need for credits but, whatever. That elevator saved your ass.

  • cant wait for the XBLA remake!

  • remake? it's a port not a remake.

  • its gonna be HD!

    graphics remake

  • the graphics wont be remand the screen resolution will be in HD

  • aaaaok

  • They are tweaking the graphics a bit so it looks better.

  • Cool no pixelated bitmap graphics even though it only had a few

  • @CornishCreamtea07 It basically is a remake because the graphics were redone entirely as well as additional features so its not just a port

  • @lumberjack86

Yeah I understand that the textures have been remade but they still look the same so I guess 4J Studios did a good job.

  • didn't ther girl who did her voice do the voice of Jenniffer on Merecenaries 2?

  • 4:05 - 4:15 LOL

  • impresionante.......me gustaria haber jugado contra ti en un duelo en este juego....felicidades

  • Lolz she jacked his gun!!! XD

  • wow this is one of the most dificult levels at last for me

  • I always die on the last objective... EVEN BEFORE I GET THERE!!! =[

  • year exelent

  • cool music

  • Ha the dataDyne guards are just sitting there waiting for a turn on the elevator.

  • holy crap this brings back so many memories I never beat this level and it was only THIS level and I forgot which other level was from getting me the "war" level. I was really good too, but I got to the datalink part and just got owned. I never used cloak which is why i never beat the level.

  • Wow, haha. This looks so much easier when I watch it on youtube. I remember playing this exact level as a kid, this one took me months to beat, and I didn't use boosts or the cloaking of the RCP-120. I don't know how I survived.

  • Best music ever :] i have this for PC emulators ftw :]

  • tah no fast movement aff assim até eu ¬¬

  • the combat boost which makes everything slowdown reminds me of FEAR

  • why doesnt anyone havve the soundtrack for this level i cant find it

  • i think ill dig out the n64 and play this again

  • is there any way to get this (or the 007) onto pc? i heard there was (emulator? but dunno what that is..) but i have got NO idea how that stuff works.. any help wouth be grateful!

  • its project 64 as for the rom youll have to find it your self

  • You are awesome at this.

  • NOT perfect

where was the john dude, he guards carringtons office

  • He's only there if you let him take the spaceship on the last Area 51 stage.

  • the music kicks ass!

  • Me and my cxousins use too go at it at this game, this was like one of my favorit games, behind 007 of course.

But this game was really fun, I use too use the saw on my cousins, they would always get mad cause I was so good with it lol.

  • Nice headshots to save the hostages, but you wouldn't have done it, because they already die with one shot (at least there). Anyway, it actually doesn't matter, I like it very much (not because of the brutality, but rather because of the efficency).

All in all a pretty good video which is worth to watch! :) You have a impressive quality as well. How did you record that?

  • Used an ATI TV Wonder video capture card to record it with.

  • ????????????????????'''''''''''

  • i don't understand,

  • as did the video to record the game on TV? you used to record the video?

  • I hooked the TV up to the video capture card in my PC and recorded it that way.

  • if you rescue the hostages on the top floor, right room first and then the ones on the left, one of them will drop a devastator with 3 grenades so you can destroy the files earlyer meaning dont have to go all the way up again, and its really usefull to kill the 3 guards at the combat/movement training room

  • Yeah, I did this mision like you say, and with one grenade you can kill the 3 people in the combat room before they start shoooting. this was one of the most dificult and technic missions and i liked it very much

  • Thank you very much. I sussed the rest of the game on Perfect difficulty but never this one due to the laser bit. All I had to do was just leave the beam until it opened. Anyway ta.

  • hah, the way you opened up the elevator door and used it as cover! That was pretty slick.

  • carrington was a dick. i used to kill him all the time.

  • Agreed. What a bossy little prick!

  • even in agent I could never save that girl with the holograms

  • oh shit!! see when she put on the combat boost she shot at the guys head and it went sideways lol. nice video

  • Of course side-stepping and running diagonally is always faster =]

  • Love the way she breathes when using the boost

  • I didn't hear anything.

  • this is the 4th to last level i did on perfect agent 3ed crash site (mainly because its boring and is way to big a map) 2nd area 51 err the 2nd one i for get its name that was the hardedst level on a the 64 then skedar runes of corse

  • wow ur good at this...good job

  • Thanks!

  • Man I tried this level on perfect agent once, but I couldn't ever beat it, I always messed up on one of the objectives or got killed.

  • Same. I just looked this video up to finally see how the level is supposed to play out :\

  • lmao around 5:30, all of the datadyne people spamming the elevator

  • man.. i just love this game

  • oh yeah i remember when i beat this mission the first time i was like "mission status unknown?!" WTF!!! This game was great, still have it.

  • will perfectjolteon or the maker of this video answer me this, how do you get LTK mode ive done everything youre supposed to do but it doesnt appear. HELP!

    :(

  • LTK is when you unlock Perfect Dark Mode and then use it to adjust the Enemy Health to 10%, Enemy Damage to 1000%, and Enemy Accuracy to 1000%.

  • Ahh, gotta love the music to this stage.

    Great run, mate!

  • good job dude

  • Thanks!

  • Very nice! Shame on you for using autoaim. I really liked the N64 game, but there was something about Perfect Dark Zero that made it gay, I can't explain.

  • nice run

  • Thanks!

  • this mission was proper hard but i found a way which makes it easier if you do objectives in this order 1,4,5,2,3 you'll find there are less guards, disable the skedar bomb then go to fosters room because there is no time limit pressure also it's easy from there just cloak to the end

  • excuse me, i tried it but that's impossible to do objective 4 after 1st 'cause the part with laser it's indestructible doing that in that order....

  • i know this is a year late... but you can use the devastator.

i am not sure if i replied to you before.

  • You Killed Foster :O

  • I've beaten this level on LTK, and that's more easy than PA : you only need two shots to kill a guard : shields are disabled in one hit, and guards too. The only really hard part is to disable the skedar ship bomb : all guards around are huge threat, kill 'em all before downloadin.

  • But isn't LTK when you set everything as high as they will go?

  • No, setting everything to 1000% is Dark LTK. LTK is the same settings, but enemy health must be set at 10% (11% in Mr. Blonde's Revenge)

  • Ah, okay. I may give that a try then.

  • Do you think you can beat this level on LTK ? :o

    That'll be a great challenge - and a great video =D

  • Probably not, unless I set everything to my advantage! I may give it a try though just to see what happens.

  • There are lots of videos about this level on PA now, but great done. ^^

I don't think this level is hard, you just have to know THE way where there's anyone. If you don't wanna fight with guards, speed is the key. Devastator is useless if you don't speed runnin : it can be dangerous.

  • Thanks!

And I updated the description now that other people have uploaded Carrington on PA videos.

  • man, this level killed me. I still can't get past it, it's the only level I can't do on Perfect. But you make it look so easy. I have been going about it the wrong way. I need to avoid the sheilded retards instead of trying to take them all on.

  • wov you killed grimshaw^^

  • sick job on doing the level... but did you know.

The hostage room (2nd) floor on the west side has a devestator given to you by one of the hostages if you save him and his friend.

You can use that gun to shoot the safe wall (complete objective 4) and then run downstairs for the cloak gun.

So you do objecive 4, before 3. Its confusing.. but saves time

  • I forgot can you move your gun in this game?

  • You can manually aim your gun if that's what you mean.

  • this game was better than goldeneye

  • eres un crac tio!!!

  • I tried to beat this level for weeks on perfect agent but was never able to do so. This was actually the level that prevented me from beating this game on Perfect. Probably cause I kept trying to do it the convetional way (completely forgeting about stealth mode) and attempting to take on hordes of shielded agents at once. Ya - needless to say thats suicide.

  • This brings back memories, thank you for putting this video up.

  • You're welcome!

  • impressive indeed
