@Sardrellas2 From what I learned, the original is found in this medley from NicoNico watch?v=xqSdD7UFX80. Then someone made it into a full tune which was sometime known as "Jazz version". Theishter posted a midi transcribtion of this tune with synthesia (sheet music). However, is account is down. Let me know if you want it. I still have a MP3 backup of this song.
