Why is Russia, and other former socialist countries, falling apart? Children were much happier and their life was much safer before the Perestroyka that destroyed everything without building anything in the place. There was no prostituion, no drugs and no homelessness. To this I can testify!

Hate to break it to you there ARE homeless children in France, furthermore they have very limited places to go, search online for shelters that care for homeless, kids, and you will find there are none, these kids are runaways, and every country has what we call social orphans. Governments do care about homeless adults, but many homeless adults choose to live on the streets, if you have ever worked with homeless adults as I have you would recognise this. Children are easier to help than adults!

@Heilansman - Out off 310 million people in the US, Only 3 million are homeless. Out of 62 million people in the UK, only 850.000 are homeless. It isn't as bad. You never see a homeless child in the US because we have Child Services, Foster Homes, and adoption centers. Same in the UK. Governments don't seem to care about homeless adults. But Children are really important to both nations. Russia has a million Homeless children. Most of them street livers and in Moscow, 10.000 street kids strong.

Interestingly similar videos about orphanages show that they get kicked out around 18 years old. Which is shocking, then the christian propaganda videos show them preaching to the orphans and making them into "happy clappers" doing gods apparent work. However its ironic that even after they convert 2 christianity, they are still thrown out in the street. Ministries support the kids when convienent, i.e. when they are in an orphanage, and then just ditch them when the kids get kicked out.Figures!

The reason why the ILLEGAL immigrants are without U.S. citizenship is because they are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. MEANING: they came over here illegally and didn't do it the right way. The LEGAL way!! I tried to explained that to MultipleEFP but he don't get it. You see all these immigrants with these big nice cars(Hispanics no matter what race) and some nice sport cars(Asians). I used to work at a welfare office and an Asian couple applied for food stamps. My lunch break was afterwards and I seen them hoping in Escalade. I think we've been far to these people.

Actually when I was in Saint Petersburg the street boy that offered sex to one of my group members was indeed RUSSIAN! He of course denied and reported that kid to the milise. They did nothing as is the way of the Russian police.
