It's only addictive if you drink too much and that's up to you. Cigarettes are legal because smoking was encouraged in the past, and now many people are addicted. Too many be included in detox programs. Also, smoking tobbaco doesn't affect your mental health that much (for example, no one will crush a car due to the effects of tobbaco smoking).

Yes, I believe the number of people smoking MJ is higher than the survey found. I did not partake in the survey. I'm sure many others did not. I also believe his estimated tax revenue selling MJ would be much higher. Plus, it would bring in competition & the price would decrease. I like weak strains over the choker.
