EasyJet is acctually one of the best short haul airlines, never had a problem with them... and you have to pay for drink and food on most Charter Airlines XD
klm, aa, ba & alaska airlines have fucked us over just as bad in the past. out of all the flights i have taken with easyjet, which is now my preferred airline for short haul, we have only had 2 delay's in 16 flight's, both of which were weather related. just because you spend more money with klm etc definitely doesn't mean you will get better service. as for the free food on other airlines, it's all low quality & made in filthy factory's. easyjet are protecting your health :))

They are not, but they are decent enough and not as bad as Ryanair, so whenever I have to fly with Easyjet I do (in fact I flew with them yesterday). Of course, passengers are entitled to compensation as per EU Regulations depending on how long the delay is, but this is minimal. Please dont jump to conclusions about me as my opinion differs from yours.
