Do you mean that your feet can't reach your hands in the "folded" position? This is actually a good exercise to improve the flexibility of your hamstrings. Just walk up as far as you can. Really try and push yourself. I sometimes rest on my knuckles or fingertips to get a little bit more space for the feet. Do this almost daily and you will soon see and improvement. Good luck!
