@guayacan07 if your hurting, cut back on your workouts until you feel right. when you do your heavy sets, don`t make to big of jumps on your weights, Also ALWAYS use correct form, even when your lifting light weights!
@NRP128 - Bodybuilders train to increase muscle size and enhance shape and appearance of a muscle. Powerlifters focus on increasing strength within three specific lifts; The Bench press, Squat and Deadlift, with no aspiration to increase muscle size i.e. apperance is not an issue.
