Yea, I've got all bonuses... it has been quite difficult, so I read a walktrough to got them.

@Flaxilver I tell you the purple color was the absolute hardest color to get!u would end up being 1 kick away from getting the shell in the hole and then it would fall all the way back down to the ground. and I hated afroninga,there was too many spikes.

2: The "mini levels" are the extra bonus levels wich you can also complete. I simply ignored them.
