Omaha does have a gay scene....we moved after only living there for a year and a half, but we'll be moving back in about 6 months. We made friends by playing softball and hockey....so cliche :) I know there are some gay bars in town, but we never went to them. There's a group on FB called Omaha GLBT Info that she could check out.
Am unsure on this one, had a long distance relationship & was most stressful, difficult, unfair & emotionally draining thing in the world!! ended up hating each other bcuz we couldnt finance a visit & blamed each other, very bad split too, terrible experience! D:
My University gf had 3 offers on graduation: A full time retail job where she'd been a student clerk, a grad school 2 hrs drive away, of a great full time job 5 hrs drive away. She asked my advice. It was a no brainer. I told her to take the "5 hr" job. All of a sudden it's boo-hoo and it's my fault we'll be apart.
If I was this person. I would have booked my flight half way through this video. I LOVED LOVED LOVED the part about something being important to you before you get in a relationship should not be forgotten after your in a relationship. That goes for everyone and everything not just this. GREAT advice. something to remember that i think is too often forgotten! TAKE THE INTERNSHIP!
