The fact that she came from another place yet sings "This is my home, she is everything to me" means so much more. Because the issue is not where she was from or whether she has made it here. The issue is how she has grown up here, how she has done Singapore proud with her achievements overseas. Great voice, a fresh personality. She's a great choice.

uplifting, inspirational, pariotic, emtional and fantastic.
this has to be one of the best NDP songs ever. The closest i would guess will e Tanya's "Home".
Others simply do not bring out as much emotions. =)
