Yes it has a human head. It's from Yotsubato, very funny manga. It was a person inside it but Yotsuba though it was real. She took Ena's money as an operating fee lol.

Lmao. Cardbo is what they used for the English translation because "Danbo" wouldn't make sense to Americans. Danbo is short for "Danbooru", which is a box company in Japan.
