everyone needs to understand that you get 15 minutes notice of the motion for the debate and you have to talk for 5 minutes. the delivery rarely well polished.

I've seen people repeat 'ladies and gentlemen' 20 times in a debate

@CrazyMeCrazyYou I do college parli. I've faced UPenn. This is a pretty standard res. If you don't have impact stories memorized for this and polished (especially going this slowly), that's the mark of a sub-par debater
