I gotta say if you're innocent & didn't do anything, isn't it easiest to not resist, go to the station and just have it all sorted out with less fuss and pain? Sure it might take some time but better than having a wrestle on the side of the road.

this is a fail video... riding the bike is the same thing as driving a motor vehicle... if she had been drunk then she is liable to a DUI, which in my opinion is a valid law for safety reasons. not only that, but she failed to stop for a peace officer. the officer didn't even detain her immediately , he put his hand on her arm and tried to talk to her at first (the video clearly explains it). after she refused to talk to and acknowledge him again, then the officer took action.

If you do your research, this occurred in NJ, not PA! And what a lot of you are missing is this was a good proactive police stop for a minor violation in a high crime & drug area, & guess what... this biker had crack on her & warrants for her arrest, which is why she lied and resisted, causing this incident to unfold the way it did. Im sure if this person cooperated and was a "good citizen" from the start, the cop would have advised her of the violation & sent about her way!

The stop may be a minor violation, but thats NOT the reason for the arrest. She failed to cooperate w/ police, commonly known as obstructing justice. From what I can see, at 0:45, she pushes the cop back with her left arm, obviously causing him to get pepper sprayed! Im sure he didnt purposely aim to spray himself in the face, but when you have a resisting and combative cracked out individual, who clearly pushed the cop back as he was trying to spray her, this kind of crap is likely to happen!
