i advice at 400ft..A/P set to off and at 100 thrust to IDLE in order to avoid thrust and maintain down on the ground than start to flar it not too much ,,, fewer than this ...
@Zeinabincovic If you are using Wilco Feelthere Airbus I have made liveries of MEA of all the fleet from A320 to A321 to A330, you can find them on both FlighSim and AVSIM website , just search for Mario Chahine and you're done !

Adjust your speed to 150 knots and land SLOWLY
